Ocean View condo in South Miami
If you are looking for a cool condo in South Miami, look no further. These buildings are not only stunning, but they offer a wide array of amenities. The two bedroom penthouse condo is just one block from the sandy beaches. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a lovely front patio deck, perfect for dining al fresco.
As you may know, South Beach is home to some of the best restaurants, bars, and nightlife in the world. A plethora of water sports is available for those who prefer the beach to the boardwalk. In addition, there are several quaint neighborhoods with a more intimate feel.
One of the most upscale neighborhoods in “SoFi” is Ocean Place. This nifty-ton building is a mere block from some of the best eats and cocktails in town, as well as hot clubs and designer shops. It also has its own mini market and fitness center.
The aforementioned ocean view condo is located in the Port of Miami, but it’s also within walking distance of the art deco downtown Miami district. On a brisk walk along the water, you’ll be rewarded with a 270-degree view of the Biscayne Bay. While you’re strolling along, consider a visit to the famous “Miami Beach” Botanical Garden, which boasts a veritable cornucopia of subtropical plants.
‘Dream Big’ is a temporary work of art in the Perez Art Museum Miami
“Dream Big” by Scottish artist Chris Labrooy encourages people to dream big. This massive, oversized Porsche sculpture is on display at the Perez Art Museum Miami. It is painted in a bright, sunny yellow to capture the energy of a Miami beach.
The sculpture is part of the Art of Dreams campaign launched by Porsche. The initiative explores how dreams influence and impact cities around the world. While the installation is not a permanent fixture, it will remain at the Perez Art Museum Miami through December 3.
During Miami Art Week, the Perez Art Museum Miami will feature several temporary works. In addition to the Porsche and Labrooy artworks, there will be a variety of Latin American and Caribbean artists.
Among the works on display is AfriKin Art, a contemporary Africana fine art exhibit. The works celebrate black excellence and black resistance. There is a limited number of Golden Tickets available for the exhibition. For more information, visit the museum website.
